I agree that, if I am employed by Infotehna, my employment will be on an at-will basis (meaning that, to the extent permitted by law, my employment may be terminated by me or by Infotehna at any time, with or without prior notice, with or without cause, and for any reason).

I understand that no Company representative, other than its president, and then only when in writing and signed by the president, has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specific period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing.

I give the Company the right to contact and obtain information from all previous employers (not my current employer) and educational institutions and to otherwise verify the accuracy of the information contained in this application. I hereby release from liability the Company and its representatives for seeking, gathering and using such information and also release all other persons, corporations or organizations for furnishing such information. I further authorize the Company to show any such persons a copy of this application to verify the information in this application and my promise to release them herein.
